Known as the Angel’s share across Europe, it is called the Devil’s share in the Tropics, probably because such strong evaporation; about 8 or 9% per year is very expensive for producers. We adopted a rather radical approach to our House of Rum bottlings. All our expressions are the product of a single vintage and a single cask, and are bottled in their purest form: undiluted at cask strength, no sugar for sweetness, no caramel for colour, and absolutley no additives.

Our Story
David first visited the Caribbean in his early 20s. It was love at first sight, an infatuation that lured him back.
He returned a second time, then a third, and more visits followed. Each visit brought a discovery of a new island. A different country. And the development of an ever-deepening connection to the Caribbean.
Heeding the call of his inner adventurer and entrepreneur — his “little Devil” — David followed his dream. He relocated to the Caribbean to pursue a career as a scuba diving instructor.
Rum embodied the very essence of the Caribbean, and during his time in the region, it blossomed into David’s deepest passion.
